Parties
DirPal.com is an online business directory built by iHues Media Limited where businesspersons add their business, people search business, and make a contact.
In this Agreement, there are two or more parties involved. One party is identified as DirPal.com website or its creators or builders or promoters, which will be collectively identified as "DirPal.com" or "DirPal" or "iHues Media Limited" "Ihues Media" or "We" or "Us" or "Our" or "The Company".
The other party is "you" as an unregistered or a registered "user" or "users" of this website. You can be one user or a group of users.
Age Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website as a registered or unregistered user. Your profile may be deleted and your account may be terminated without a warning, if we believe that you are less than 18 years of age.
Warrantees and Acknowledgments by You
By using Dirpal.com in any way for any purpose from anywhere as registered or unregistered user, you warrantee and acknowledge that:-
1. You are not creating your DirPal profile on behalf of any third party;
2. You are providing legal, complete, un-abbreviated, and accurate information when you sign-up and make your profile;
3. You don’t have any connections direct or indirect with anti-social elements in any country;
4. You will maintain the accuracy of your account or profile and will update from time-to-time;
5. You will not use DirPal services to engage and promote any kind of activities which are pornographic, pedophilic, abusive, plagiaristic, piratical, spam, defamatory, harmful, threatening, unlawful, infringing, abusive, obscene, fraudulent, inflammatory, harassing, vulgar, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
6. You will not collect any data from other users’ accounts;
7. You will not upload, share, post, transmit, store or otherwise make available unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, "junk mail," "chain letters," "spam," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation in your account;
8. You can add as many profiles in DirPal.com you want. However, you are not allowed create multiple accounts;
9. You assert, warrantee, and promise that all kinds of content like text matter, images, audios, videos, etc. which you submit to DirPal.com is yours or you have full license to use that work and you are not making any kind of copyright infringement. If there is copyright infringement, you solely are responsible;
10. You will not use DirPal.com services to intimidate, threaten, force, solicit or otherwise engage in unsocial activities;
11. You will send chain/ spam/ multiple/ excessive messages to business owners;
12. You know that we cannot ensure the privacy or security of information you provide through the Internet and your email messages, and you release us from any source and all liability in connection with the use of such information by other parties;
13. You will not use DirPal services for marketing your own products and services via message spam.
Fair Use Permit for Eligible Users
This agreement applies to you as a user whether or not you are a registered user. DirPal.com has two types of users: unregistered and registered. Unregistered users are read-only users who can only browse profiles and view the available content. They are not allowed to edit, upload, delete other members, and do any other kind of dynamic activity on the website. They can search and contact businesses. Even if they are read-only users, under the license they not permitted to solicit or force minors, anti-social elements to view any type of content on DirPal.com.
Registered users are those who submit their basic business information to DirPal.com when they sign-up. Registered users can alter, modify, add, or their profiles. However, registered members are not allowed to submit false information when they sign-up. If they do, they themselves are solely responsible for any kind of legal damages. They are not licensed to upload/ post/add pornographic, obscene, racial, abusive, discriminatory, violent, illegal content on the DirPal.com. They are also not permitted to upload excessive content on DirPal.com servers. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to alter, modify, remove, or delete full or portions of this kind of content at any time without a prior notice. If, somehow, DirPal.com comes to know that you are using DirPal for illegal activities, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to delete or disable your profile. If your content and messages looked highly dangerous, then it may also be forwarded to appropriate law-enforcement authorities.
